About the role
FaultLine is hiring a Finance Analyst on our Finance team. You will work with experienced operators on systems that real customers depend on every day.
What you will do
- Drive the day-to-day work of the team toward measurable outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to unblock and ship.
- Own a roadmap with clear, time-boxed milestones.
- Write clear, honest documents — strategy, briefs, summaries.
- Manage stakeholders without becoming one.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in a relevant senior individual contributor or lead role.
- Track record of ship-and-measure rigor.
- Cross-functional partnership experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Bias toward action.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Southwest market.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Prior ISP, telco, or hyperscaler experience.
- Open source contributions in adjacent areas.
