TUCSON, AZ — A long-time FaultLine veteran takes on customer experience leadership.
The appointment recognizes a decade of work growing FaultLine's customer organization from a small support team into a 200+ person operation spanning sales, support, billing, and field operations.
"Sara has built a customer team that other ISPs send people to study," said the CEO. "Putting that horsepower behind our growth into new markets is the natural next step."
The role is effective immediately. The previous holder of the title remains with FaultLine in an advisory capacity.
